I hope they make a ton of money and get to make more games. I know I will lose the stylus almost instantly, but that's fine. It doesn't seem like it would be as much fun on a PC. I do believe that Activision and Radical owe me $50 for the shit they are pulling with Prototype. I'd warez their crap in the future without thinking twice. If Steam is going to operate by not giving refunds for obviously-broken garbage (which is horseshit) then it's all fair game. I do like that Valve can solve the problem of digitally distributing gigabytes of game content in a secure manner, but since refunds don't offer them any advantage, they just throw up their hands and go welp!
