Of course it's both. When life's going OK, you can put up with Caltrops sucking (hard or soft), but when it turns to shit, it bugs the hell out of you. You just haven't noticed your life turning to shit. That's something which can really sneak up on you.

Mine isn't the kind of cop-out job and lifestyle I was giving you shit about, and I never spoke poorly of money, I just said that it wasn't adequate compensation for the 9-5's you suffer through. I'm being totally consistent here.
