1. He is an idiot who could not see the anvil-subtle hints you were throwing at him for what they were. (Come follow my trail of enticing notes to this incredibly romantic beach at sunset. Now what do you want to do?)
In this case it's a good thing the date failed because stupidity like that breeds insecurity breeds a need for total control. He'd be yelling at you the entire night for any movement or vocalization you made in bed. "That action does not facilitate making babies! Stop bringing your false desires into my honest fuck!!!"
2. He is a Republican and is into some really really kinky shit and loathes himself for it. He despises your unashamed enjoyment of kink because he secretly wants the same thing and his self-denial of that desire is the one thing his self-respect hinges on.
In this case it's a good thing the date failed because republicans also loathe condoms and he's probably a stew-pot of STDs from the various whores he's turned to during his frequent and recurring "moments of weakness."
3. He's not attracted to you at all and your attempt to sexy things up fell on deaf ears. But if he's not attracted to you, why did he ask you out and buy you dinner?
Like we didn't all know the real answer the moment you described him as a 22yo male model. CLOSET FAG! Looking to prove he ain't gay by going out on a real date with a real girl. Poor guy, he was squicked out enough by the prospect of having to do it with a girl who has all those girl parts, then you had to go and double the squick factor by bringing up the mental image of TWO girls doin' it!
