It isn't, really, if only because the way the games handle difficulty is so different, but I would have definitely gotten into this DS Castlevania thing earlier. Best family vacation game since that DS Persona game, which I guess was pretty recent but they are both unusually good and well suited to the DS (points for minimal use of pointless touchpadding).
Meanwhile, Chinatown Wars can fuck RIGHT off. I even liked the plot from what I saw of it, but the early timed driving missions were simply not worth a third try. NO THANK YOU MR POLICEMAN THIS IS NOT A GOOD TIME FOR CHASE AND I APOLOGIZE FOR RUNNING PEOPLE OVER BECAUSE I CAN'T SEE THROUGH A BRIDGE I'M DRIVING UNDER. |
