It takes place 40 years after Nemesis, and some few years after Romulus and Remus kerplode and Spock and Nero disappear into the other timeline/reality. Yeah, the Motion Picture -era Constitution with the blue nacelles is weird.
No Excelsior!!! I hate that fact too. As that guy in the thread says, the Vesper class cruiser is like a weird mix of The Motion Picture Enterprise and the Excelsior. It's not bad, but it's not the Excelsior. Also, the Excelsior variant from DS9, the USS Centaur, is one of your starting ships. It's the Excelsior saucer and nacelles but with them slung under, like a Reliant. It's a cool ship, but again, makes me want the Excelsior more. |
