Did anyone else spend the whole movie waiting for an awesome dinosaur battle that never came? I was sure they were setting up the kid's stuffed tyrannosaurus rex - the one he HAD to sleep with, because it kept the monsters at bay - to be an actual tyrannosaurus rex in the dreamworld. FUCK YOU FREDDY, IT'S DINOSAUR TIME!! But no, instead it was just another reason for the kid to complain and wander off all the time. Steven Spielberg would've had a dinosaur, Peter Jackson would've had a dinosaur, Roman Polanski ABSOLUTELY would've had a dinosaur - pay attention, Wes! This is why you'll never win an Oscar! |
