This is why you should always choose an unlicensed medical doctor - because the costs are always lower in the long run. Here are some other good tips for people without an economic brain (liberals/very liberals):

Instead of paying to dump your garbage, try throwing it in a lake! You'll be surprised how quickly those savings add up.

Instead of buying government fat cat-inspected people food, try eating anything from anywhere! Why pay for aspartame when anti-freeze is just as sweet?

Need some money? Cash-in your savings! Remember: money is only worthless paper until someone spends it, but a jet ski is a fucking JET SKI.
