| So, this weekend I wanted to change the front page of the site to use Wordpress. Which I understand you are not a huge fan of. But at the same time you're not one of these Expert-Exchange fags who answer each question with, "Um, why would you want to do that???" So my question is:
The "one-click install" for Wordpress that our webhost is offering says that it's going to make "PHP run as CGI." I have Googled that to see what that means, but I wanted to make sure that wouldn't cause an enormous, irrevocable fuckup. This stopped me from using Wordpress for the front page a year ago or so. Also, forgive me for writing this not in an email, I just wanted everyone to be aware of the latest. ICJ |
