What. What. Has a greater admission of inter-team incompetence ever been published in a wanted-ad before? I'm aware of the crippling trauma coder-reign can instill in plump designers, but including this in your public bid for talent really is going out of your way presenting all the bad things in the industry to a prospective employee. 3D Realms ought to have had enough time to get their pre-production processes sorted and their pipelines assembled already, so why on earth do they have to apologize for clumsy production in advance of getting production-line people employed? |
