It might be more complicated than you think. These things are a little more involved than selling an xbox on ebay. So, maybe it's hard for you to figure out, too. Unless you've seen or have a copy of the agreement between the two companies? A silly but nevertheless instructive example is Novell selling unix to SCO. How'd that work out, do you recall? |
