| ons. All I know is the more I use a weapon, the more it shows up at the vendors. I'm assuming the add-ons for high quality weapons like Anti-Material rifle are forthcoming at higher levels. If you are an energy weapons user, it would be wise not to piss off the energy weapon people in Freeside, as they are the best source of energy mods (you can still rob them blind, just use a stealthboy or something). Otherwise, Gun Runners have been the best source for guns (no shit), although I did kill all of them and the robot still sells me what I want and seems to have no problems with supply. | ||||
