You have to take Arcade Gannon to places where his Goon Aspergers will trigger and he'll blurt something out referencing his MYSTERIOUS FUCKING PAST. You have to take Veronica by places with advanced tech or factions who deal with advanced tech and wait for her to say something stupid. For Boone, you have to choose certain quest paths in dealing with the Legion while he's in the party, which means I'm fucked since I already did most of the relevant quests without him.
