WALKTHROUGH FINISHED !!! FIRST IN 17 YEARS.

Okay, the truth is that this is the first time I have played my own game completely through, end-to-end, in the 17 years I have been working on it. Without using any cheat codes or hacks, the same way a player would.

Generated a lot of issues. The text file I built up while playing of my notes is huge.

I discovered a lot of stuff about my own game. Like for example, it still needs work. Lots of game balancing and adjustment to get the formula right.

For example, one thing that emerged for me from the game is the need for a reliable source of charging up health, magic and stamina that does not involve a trip to town. I think I got this pretty well figured out. I’m creating a unique item in the game called Faery Water and you fill it up whenever you get the chance at certain special places if you discover them. The challenge is maintained and a lot of other elements tend to balance themselves out once you have this option.

I was inspired while playing and thought of dozens of these elements to sort of smooth the whole thing out and knock the bumps down. With these new elements, some scaling and some more scenario work, this game would be fantastic.
