Is there any way to switch classes mid-game? When we tried to start a game with level 1s and 3s it told us the 3s were too far ahead in the story and forced us to all start as 1s. Would we all have to start over completely?
Started off as a Siren but I think I want to switch. She just doesn't seem to fulfill any tank/support/damage role that the other classes can't do much better. Her biggest contribution so far has been using phasewalk to cut down the party's travel time to quest and fast travel points.
She does an assload of damage entering and exiting phasewalk later, and her bitch slaps coming out of phasewalk can be upgraded hugely if you take the assassin route. But I generally like the berzerker better for running into the middle of things. No you can't change classes. And when you're in a game with guys some levels ahead of you, you have to redo the lower level quests to get them caught up . . . I think. Sorry but I laughed at the level 1 vs level 3 thing: that's almost no time difference after you know the first few quests and were to go. |
