So DC released the final cover to the new Justice League #1, and if you're anything like the average comics fan, the first thing you'll notice is that Wonder Woman's taken her pants off again. Victory?
The second thing you'll notice is Hal's minigun. If you think it looks a bit silly, you should go back and read some of those Alan Scott stories from the '40s. He used to have to conjure a big green asbestos oven mitt when it was time to change out the barrel on his green machinegun.
DC also gave us a look at this variant cover, which is being shipped exclusively to comics shops south of the Mason-Dixon Line. Before you complain that, canonically speaking, Wonder Woman should be the tallest member of the Justice League, keep in mind that you can't see any of their feet. The guys could be standing on orange crates for all you know. That would explain where Batman found the bag of oranges he's got tucked under his shirt. |
