I watched the behind the scenes vid, and it's great. For 5 minutes he talks about the setup, and it seems remarkably compact. I'm thinking, I thought this would be a monster? Then at about 5:08 he says, "those inputs go a ways, so I made a rail!" and jumps into a minecart that zooms into holyshitland.
Btw, in general Minecraft news, the terrain.png and items.png files for 1.8 are out, showing the new block textures, watermelons, animation for bows shooting, mushroom "tree" textures, what I'm guessing are jail cell bars, something that looks suspiciously like cave-fishing spider silk, 2 more kinds of seeds, and some other stuff. |
