There's one on now. I snagged Serious Sam HD for 400 points (regularly 1200), but I haven't played it yet. Strategy Informer says it's too hard. I guess that means their strategy is "don't buy it".
Did you know you can get Microsoft points at Shoppers Drug Mart? That's fucking nuts. I think the 360 has more games I actually want to play on it than any console in history. I used to be impressed if a console had a half-decent port of Final Fight. I haven't even tried the demo for XBLA Final Fight yet, that's how many good games this thing has. So what if it breaks all the time, and the UI sucks, and the D-pad is worthless, and it's always hassling me pay for things I don't want, and I'm pretty sure the DVD drive is scratching my discs? It's still better than a Super Nintendo for every genre except 'side-scrolling platformer'. |
