You can track these cries for help by searching for qt3admin posts or by tracking the reappearances of his alleged Mr Hyde alt, Octonoo (unconfirmed).

The Dawn Falcon incident (executive summary: unhinged person brings parts of forum to their collective knees by pushing all buttons all of the time, most notably trying to google bomb another person's internet presence while having a nick that can easily be traced back to his own IRL name) brought the issue to the forefront again, leading to the usual cries for help from a mythical Tom that was an effective moderator.

In the end, the only tangible result was this eyeball-searing rehash of Olde News from Olde Internet.
