Fill a pot with water and put it on the stove with the heating element engaged to maximum. (You own cookware and utilities, right?) Wait until the water turns bubbly and starts to steam. Immerse shelled eggs in the bubbly water and wait for 6-14 minutes, then remove the eggs from the water and ingest.

At 6 minutes the yolk will be a highly viscous fluid. At 8 minutes the yolk will be gelid. At 10+, the yolk will be solid. If you have trouble removing the shell from the eggs, douse them in cold water immediately after removing them from the hot water.

If at any time you resume eating raw eggs, seek medical attention.
