| I noticed if you play with joystick mode off, the flight model changes slightly and the enemies get more aimbotty.
All your complaints are true, but like I said, it's not privateer, it's Elite. A game from the 80s all about combat whose goal is to raise your threat level to the max. All the stuff Darkstar One lifted from Freelancer changed it for the worse (story, locking out star clusters based on story, Mouse WASD mode). Unlike Freelancer, which was all about waiting and waiting and more waiting, I can boot up DS1 and be in the thick of a dogfight inside of 30 seconds. Most of your complaints could be leveled equally at Pirates! Live the Life. |
