Recommended to me by a smart guy, he says the key to deciphering Wolfe's fantasy language is to have the wiki open as you read. Some words are blends of two ancient words, and it all makes sense if you get the references.

Wolfe includes a damn thesaurus. None are combinations of words so much as archaic words.
