this is what's going to happen to a hell of a lot of iphone apps by jeep 05/02/2012, 4:39pm PDT they sell you the client for a few dollars up front which requires a backend service in the cloud, which they have to pay monthly for. it's inevitable that sales of the client will tail off and they will shut the backend down. if they're not charging you to keep playing they'll turn it off eventually. this is pretty much going to wipe out 80% of the apps people have bought so far, not just games
