Myself, I'm finding it kind of ridiculous how Witcher 2 just keeps getting easier and easier after the prologue and chapter 1 boss fight. Put a point or two into the shield spell, craft a good sword that does double the damage of your starting one, and you carve through anything. Doesn't matter if I'm surrounded anymore. Activate the shield then keep blindly clicking.
