Transvestites are men who dress as women and show off for the transgressive thrill of it all. AKA. cross dressers or drag queens. Many never get implants or hormones or any surgical alterations at all. They're out in public doing "what men shoudn't do" and no longer being men would ruin it.
Transsexuals are people who were born a certain gender, but their mental state is that of the opposite gender, and they get the operation to make the two more congruent.
While an introverted transvestite is almost a contradiction (though many probably are introverts when not adopting their female persona), there's nothing unthinkable about a transsexual introvert.
Transsexuals are like gays who come out of the closet. Transvestites are like kids who go on the internet, adopt a persona completely different from their "normal" personality, then start trolling message boards.
I think we all know which group we all identify with more, faggots!
