It's not schadenfreude because of her adversity, no. It's schadenfreude because she's had the misfortune to waste her time on this shitty huckster cause and you haven't - 'this woman is plainly an idiot, and I have the fortune of not being an idiot, time for laughter and public beatings.'
The trouble is, I was already going to decide that she was a moron. You knew that anyone halfway reasonable was going to do it, and you brought it to others to say hey, look at this moron being a moron. Ultimately stating the obvious because it strikes you as sensational is only gossip, which is what Gawker earns its money doing.
Nobody can defend her, she is indefensible. My complaint up until you posted something more substantial was that it was a protein-free thread compared to the more useful shit on Caltrops and that I was hoping for more.
