First off, thanks for playing. Sorry about those sections where the game comes to a halt. I'm never gonna make a game do that again.

When you're asked if there's anything that you did to make a difference in the world, you're going to want to look at the jeering chorus. The cryptid that you made when you burst out of the jail will be in there. (It can be one of three cryptids, either the pygmy elephant, chimpekwe or treant.) If you >point at that cryptid, you'll proceed.

Is the grate at the doppelganger house another red herring? I'd assume it was, except the picture of the leg has a fucking crowbar or something attached to it and I can't get the goddamn thing. It's infuriating, so excellent trolling there if it is actually intentional.

Sorry about that. You just need to use something to pry the grate open. I think it accepts pretty much any noun. So pry grate with (something) should work. Going down there isn't necessary, but gives you an option scene if so.

Once again thanks for playing. The next game I am making isn't a text adventure at all, so hopefully this nonsense will be behind us.
