Always harping on jobs moving to China (he bought into that conspiracy that the incandescent bulb ban was a ploy to move all light bulb manufacturing jobs to China because poor old GE wasn't allowed to make CFL bulbs with mercury in them). Time finally comes for him to buy one of those new fangled flash drives. We go to Best Buy and right there side by side are one made in America and another from China that's $10 cheaper. Without hesitation he picks up the China one. Mumbled justifications about the American company being greedy.
