Porpentine's stuff doesn't appeal to me. Most of the games I mentioned are hardly obscure (by IF standards) and have won awards, so I don't really get your comment. But hey, if pigeon-holing me as some sort of text adventure hipster makes you feel more secure in your taste, go for it.


I didn't try hard enough to find the pearl of non-wisdom you elected to bestow upon us fortunate mortals but the rest of your comment is really about something else, isn't it? I'm sorry I didn't call you back in the morning. Rest assured it wasn't because you were a hipster. It's because you were too boring to explore any further.

Unlike Porpentine, whose work rewards in-depth study. Start with Howling Dogs! Or Ke$ha Crystal Warrior if you just want the goodies fast. I linked them in my last post. The short readable one with details in it. Hint hint.
