If it were up to me, nothing would be voiced. It's goofy and the work of an immature medium to have a mute protagonist. Displaying text on the screen is free. (Putting good text TO display is not free, but that's this whole other thing.)
One of the things I did when I restarted New Vegas after a long layoff was sell out the town. I felt a little bad about it afterwards. But after committing a spree killing of the nice but boring people who patched me together after my attempted murder, my character wasn't even breathing hard. She said nothing. Come on! That is storytelling for literal babies. So goddamn dumb. I'm worth more than that and so are you.
(Put a game together where the voices are by Stephen Fry, Morgan Freeman, Elias Toufexis, Jonathan Davis and, er, Kate Upton and sure, that'd be awesome. But most games have the worst readings, voices without interesting color and tone and nowhere near enough voice actors. Until that's possible I don't need a single line of dialogue read to me.)
