This doesn't answer you, but since you brought up Korean monitors by Rafiki 07/12/2013, 3:05pm PDT FYI to anyone that might have been interested before: You don't have to buy them from Korea through Ebay anymore. Monoprice started selling their own and recently made them less shitty than the imports they were just directly reselling previously. Anyway, I don't know if I'd worry too much about ghosting from any monitor you're going to find. I've been using assorted LCDs since about 2003-2004 and I've never had any problems with games (including a lot of FPS games), and monitors have only gotten better through the years. Unless maybe you're a superlooker with a heightened sense of looking.
