Doesn't natively support the 360 pad (can't use triggers as buttons) and switches the thumbsticks. Doesn't have the lighting and shadow effects of the PS2 version. I don't even know if it runs on windows 7. If you can get it to run and can live with the control limitations and ugly graphics it is indeed superior to DMC4 as an overall product.
