***MINI-SPOILER***
I love past interviews with Bryan Cranston and Vince Gilligan where they remark that they were constantly surprised that people still rooted for Walt. I guarantee this episode is a direct response to that. 60 minutes of doing everything possible to force everyone to hate Walt.
I'm not in any of these fag teams. Team Walt, whatever. People consume literature or media like this now? That vampire book for preteen girls has polluted everyone's minds--that's it, isn't it? I majored in english, that's my problem; you read the shit because it's interesting, you don't go around rooting for characters like it's some faggot highschool football game. I think Vince Gilligan said he avoids social media which is probably a good idea. Faggotry, keep it outta your head.
Anyway, all I know is Walt was certainly sympathetic. He's crying while he's doing his Heisenberg with Skyler, it's got to be the last time he lies to her. She knows it and he knows it and neither one is really angry this time, but it's all subtext to the most beautifully written flame Cranston delivers perfectly. She wishes she could say "I love you," at the end of it, it was on her face, and she didn't.
