| Back in... what was it, 2003? Back in 2003, I was set to spend a day hiking with Pinback and an ex-girlfriend. I woke up to find that SB had deleted the site. I did not go on the hike.
I avoided hiking for a good ten years. Flash-forward to yesterday. Like the last flash-forward we all cared about, I was wearing a beard and dork glasses. My present-day girlfriend wanted to take the dogs on a hike and I readily agreed. I got a mail saying the site was down. I lacked the equipment to do anything about it and open a ticket but I felt it best to go on that hike. But anyway, that is why I was gone for 12 hours. I am going to try to get some sort of system in place to where we can at least open a ticket with our host in the event of downtime. I will probably arrange something with my brother, who does not enjoy message forums, but does not not-enjoy them to the point of where he would order one destroyed. If that makes any sense. I apologize for the delay. I am looking into the root cause. ICJ |
