| I was introduced to Juice Plus after surgery on me knee and looking to take a supplement that was all natural and composed of whole foods. Not chemcals. Having my good background in forum management, I am all about facts, not opinions or bile.
I researched it before deciding to take it. To my elated surprise there are over twenty studies on the benefits of Juice Plus from great universities like Vanderbilt, Yale and the list goes on. In these studies, the results confirmed the various benefits of the supplement Juice Plus. It wasn't a vitamin, but is actual fruit and vegetables that are powdered. It is actually very similar to "juicing." So I got the facts and my engineering brain was satisfied and I was more open to it.
