| If Dishonored's was Deus Ex, then the new Thief would be Battlefield 3's single player campaign, and I didn't even think much of Dishonored!
Footstep sound effects that don't change depending on the floor surface. Worse guard AI than the 1998 original. As bad as all the late 90s/early 00s tacked on stealth games before stealth became a mainstream thing. One path, linear levels with checkpoints you cannot backtrack through once you pass them. Fucking shit fuck. R.I.P the Thief franchise for good. Dishonored 2 is our only hope now. |
