One poster here memorably said that "the 13th Floor is dribbly poop for dribbly poop heads". I recall that the movie had a defined world barrier and other awful, easy to remedy aspects of the simulation. (Make the car break down. The barrier resided in a desert, just stretch the road out until a pedestrian dies of thirst.) I guess the end future heaven is just as bad as the sewers in the Matrix movies, but mercifully put at the very end instead of causing the movie to screech to a halt in the middle, like the first Matrix movie.
Maybe I'll give it another look though, I don't remember it so well. |
