How about a detective puzzle? by Mysterio 05/08/2014, 5:58am PDT
Something goes missing, you have to talk to a bunch of NPCs to find the culprit. You can accuse any of them and if you guess wrong then they are mad and you don't solve the mystery?

Another puzzle would be a guessing game (carnival game or cup-and-ball) where the correct answer depends on an unrelated factor (three flies buzzing around means the ball is under cup 3, or questions with blue font are always answered 'no' and red font is always 'yes' , or the like)

Since these would be mostly text based you can do them in rpgmaker right?
