Rogue-like without the batshit difficulty curve. Heavy crafting. Set in post-apocalyptic Detroit rather then fucked-out dungeon. Combat is mostly hiding or running like "The Road". UI is bad but the feel of the game is so good. Watch some let's plays and give it a go.
Dumb decisions: lakes are craft ingredients to make water. Pulling items on a sled counts as a vehicle.
Awesome decisions: blending supernatural elements into the setting, every newspaper has a different version of the reason behind the apocalypse, mismatched shoes, everything else.
