The version of FS2 released to Steam failed to include registry keys required to run the game. It is now weeks after the initial release and the game has not been updated to work out of the box. Impressively, Interplay managed to botch two releases of the same game, fifteen years apart.


Someone on one of the 4x forums that he provides all the comment-based content for started telling him how to make it work by adjusting .ini files or something. It's inane that it doesn't work on Steam.
