Here's Cleve's forum. I think he liked Q23 because the "comics, movies, books" forum is there as well, but this time without that pushy Tom Chick. Grimoire, the game, is 10 years in development, looks to have graphics that will really push the boundaries on my Vectrex and whatever else happens he will not stop promoting or talking about The Game. As a Failed Romero myself, this fascinates me. For Cleve, anything is preferable to simply working on the game silently and announcing that its finished (which it never will be).
