You're just like TDARCOS. You come here and immediately nail yourself to a cross over what awful people we are and how all you get is insults and never constructive discussion... but when someone attempts to engage you in constructive discussion, you go silent or otherwise refuse to engage. Then later on you pretend the friendly attempt never happened and continue to pine over how unfair it is that nobody here likes you.
The only reason you're a fanboy for these games is because they're new.
You came here opining that Planetary Annihilation was the greatest thing since sliced bread. People pointed out that Supreme Commander did everything PA does, but better, and you clammed up.
You mooned over the latest Civilization shovelware because it's titled "Civilization" so people suggested you try other, superior 4Xs, like Dominions 4. I even went and wrote you a beginner's tutorial! You never responded and moved on to the next new game.
Then not only did you geek out over Elite: Dangerous, you called it "the greatest game ever made." Not only is it not the greatest game ever made, it's not even the greatest game in the space sim genre. Once again, I explained how ridiculously easy it is to install the actual greatest space sim of all time and run it with modern graphics, and you pshed away my efforts to help you before writing pathetic action reports about how this one station has potted plants, or this other station is named after Roger Corman.
Since you've come back here I've written glowing recommendations for new games from Ring Runner to Crimzon Clover to Freedom Planet and more. You've steered clear of every positive thread. The fact of the matter is, you come here actively seeking negativity, and ignore all the positivity. You're sleeping in a bed you made for yourself, and I'm done offering you my quilt only for you to immediately throw it on the floor then resume whining about how cold it is. |
