Started a new job. by Oom Shnibble 03/13/2015, 8:34am PDT And only how have I come to realize just how good the developers at my old job were. Doesn't help that this is my first job where I need to supervise less experienced developers. Am I a bad mentor if I flip out and shout at some chick and tell her that if she can't understand why her code is so crap she has no business being a programmer? Fucking dogfood masquerading as code.
