So if you hated GC2, which you did, you will also hate GC3.
However, one thing not to be overlooked is one of the UI choices, which is to constantly have the planet list, along with its most key stats, and its current construction project, always on the screen on the right hand side. It'll be hard to go back to anything else, after that. Makes empire management much cleaner, even as your empire expands.
Anyway, yeah. Doubt GC3 will convert anyone, but for the rest, it's the best version of GC there is.
