There's an option called the 100 Mario Challenge which gives you a 100 lives to finish x number of levels. There's easy, normal, and expert. Expert is where all the retarded unbeatable levels live. Why aren't all of the little kids and players with no design skills churning out professional-grade Mario levels? Ridiculous!
I unlocked a new feature: tracer. It shows you a trace of Mario's jumps so you can see the exact trajectory and lay out platforms accordingly. Nice.
I've uploaded 3 whole levels now. One of which was intended to be a beginner level 1-1 equivalent. I had been thinking all day about how terrible it was and all of the things I needed to change because it was boring and unfun, and then when I went to delete it someone left a gold star and a comment that said "awesome. could be a real mario level." THANKS, ASSHOLE. Now I can't delete my terrible level because you have awful taste and I'm desperate for any kind of validation whatsoever. Now I have to leave it until it gets auto-deleted someday. >:( |
