Hadean Lands is the latest text adventure from Andrew Plotkin. Andrew has made a number of spectacular text adventures over the years that would have been completely releasable as Infocom games, in terms of quality and fiendishness. Here's a link to PWYW for Hadean Lands. I was a Kickstarter backer for this and Andrew kept us all informed regularly, made great progress and I think we can call it a success story. I may buy this again just to tie it to my IndieGameStand account. (Shilling a game for a pal and a platform I have an interest in. I think that covers it! No, just kidding, this is a very good game.) the dark and gritty...Ice Cream Jonsey! |
