| Goddamn! I bought this game on release then shelved it to wait for them to finish the game. Little did I realize it would take them six months!
Coming back to the game... I kinda have to walk back my comparison to Ring Runner. They make a big deal about the enemy AI in this game and I've got to admit it does a fantastic job of posing a serious challenge while the enemy AI in Ring Runner becomes a real pushover once you get a hang of the controls. Galak-Z may just be one of the best action roguelites since Spelunky. I think I might do a frontpage review in a few days. |
