Even though she's had it for over 20 years, now they want more documentation including her birth certificate. Which she doesn't have. So she needs to get one. Which you can ordewr over the Internet. Only they want scanned copies of ID like the drivers' license. She doesn't have a scanner. But she can make a copy and I went over to her place to get it.
So I scanned it, and I try to go to the state vital records office to order her birth certificate, and now the entire website and internet connection for the state health department is down.
"Someone just doesn't want me to get my license," she texted me. She also said a couple other things decorum prohibits menting. |
