| Several months ago my right rear wheels ran over a shirt and wrapped it around the wheel and axle. I got some of the shirt loose but a big part was locked around the axlew. So I cut the shirt off to the extent I could. This left a piece trapped on the axle and causing random squeeks when the right rear wheel moved. Sometimes short squeak, sometimes long,
Nothing much I could do about it as it would require disassembling the wheel and I didn't think I wanted to try that in case it caused a problem and I'm stuck with a loose wheel. Flash forward to this morning and I feel like I need to take a dump. So I turn around in the living room only I just turned like I needed to change. And the sheet got stuck like clothat only goes through bikes. Spins itself so it can snag the sheet over the axle and lock on. So it looks like I have no choice I have to take the wheel off. Can't find the crescent wrench to pop the wheel. I have my other kit of tools. Like a stupid,I grab the red case and get in bed, only it has no crescent wrench either. So now I need to get out of bed, then find a crescent wrench, then get back in bed. This takes a while socially and finallly it's done. |
