Nintendolife has all the details, which means I'm free to use the rest of this post to talk about the boring Walter Hill movie Streets of Fire. You can go ahead and click through now, there's nothing more to see here.
Some people have trouble grasping the premise of 1983's Streets of Fire. What they fail to understand is it's not just a street fighting film, it's also an implicit critique of Reagan's America. The action takes place in an alternate United States, where culturally it's still the 1950s, but economically it's Mad Max. Since cities don't vanish just because their factories stop pumping out sweet cars with fins on them, what you get are oases of civilization (that can afford their own services, like law enforcement) separated by swathes of urban desert (people still live there, but you wouldn't want to break down there). Opportunities for young men amount to a life of crime or service in one of the endless foreign wars - hence, uncharismatic Michael Pare's backstory. It's not rocket science, it's a rock 'n' roll fairy tale! And it sucks! Despite being set in a slightly less cartoonish version of The City at Night, The Warriors did a much better job of mythologizing urban decay. So while you undoubtedly want to see Streets of Fire just to understand where every '80s beat them up was coming from - Axel from Streets of Rage is Tom Cody, for example, but they couldn't call him Cody because Final Fight already called their Tom Cody, Cody, Cody - you should try to set your expectations for everything besides Rick Moranis really low.
The poster isn't lying, Streets of Fire really does look like this. Expand it to a 360-degree panorama, though, and you would also see an audience checking their watches. So it's kind of lying by omission.
