We'll see how I feel about it after playing Full Throttle. by Free Game Patrol Team 12/13/2018, 7:29am PST
I'm still thinking about how to make an even better Brutal Legend than the better Brutal Legend I made by taking my Brutal Legend disc out of its case and replacing it with three animal crackers. (After checking just now, it's down to two animal crackers.)

Costume Quest was basically a graphic adventure, right? Only they replaced all the puzzles with menu-based battles, like in a JRPG. What if... what if instead of taking something questionable, like adventure game puzzles... and replacing them with something unquestionably worse, like JRPG battles... what if you replaced them with... something better? Like Guitar Hero? Brutal Legend already had a hundred metal songs on the soundtrack; if every one of those were a battle, you'd have way too many battles.

I don't mean to brag, but a Tim Shafer game without the puzzles, and a Guitar Hero game with Brutal Legend's setlist, and two animal crackers, all packed into Brutal Legend's case? Could be the best idea for a game I've had all morning.
